Avon's Dr.Belmeur Intensive Face Mask Cica Peptide

I am a big believer in pampering your skin at home. Make it a ritual. ~ Anonymous

I have become a big advocate of self-care. In that, I use every opportunity I can find to indulge myself in the luxury of it. Last week, I decided to splurge and do a self-care pampering during the week.

For the last year and a half, I have dealt with acne. Never before, have I faced these challenges. In 2019, I dealt with my forehead breaking out and I was horrified. It really gave me a complex. When I was finally able to heal my forehead and recover from the dark spots and scars, I started experiencing chin acne. To date, I am still experiencing troubled skin. Because, of this I am very particular on what I use on my face. One bad choice and I could inflame those already delicate areas.

Like many of my Avon products, I will buy and not immediately use them. For me, it is always about the timing. And, the timing had not been right prior to the Wednesday evening I decided to indulge myself in a relaxing evening.

Avon’s Dr. Belmeur’s Face Mask which specifies that it helps calm trouble skin is what encourage me to go ahead and try it. I was praying I did not intensify the inflammation more than it was already. In reading the description it stated that it “gently adheres to skin without irritation” so I was surely hoping it was true to the words I was reading.

To my surprise, my experience with this intensive facial mask was rejuvenating. I did not feel any discomfort while the face mask was on. I was able to apply the sheet mask without any problem. All of the open areas fit nice and neat over my face. Smoothing the mask on was a breeze. And, I was able to talk and breathe comfortably.

The instructions stated the mask should stay on for about 10 to 15 minutes. When it was time to take the mask off, I gently removed it. My face was left with serum on it, which I gently massaged into my face.

My face was very soft and felt refreshed. The glow was amazing.

Although, skeptical in the beginning because of my skin challenges, I am glad that I decided to try Dr.’s Belmeur’s Intensive Mask. I was pleased with the outcome.
